Strefa prywatna piętra obejmuje sypialnie właścicieli wraz z garderobą oraz łazienką. Wykończenie wnętrz w strefie ogólnodostępnej nawiązuje  w charakterze do parteru. Bardziej indywidualnie zaprojektowane są pokoje dziecka i pokój gościnny oraz sypialnia gospodarzy. W łazienkach ciekawymi akcentami są graficzne i florystyczne płytki dekoracyjne.
